CNS Vital Signs has FREE unlimited use of evidence-based rating scales, has no onerous contracts, no charges for support or product upgrades, just a simple pay as you go business model for "PER-USE" neurocognitive assessments. No startup or license fees are charged for the application software or for CNSVS Online use. By downloading the application from the website, each clinician receives five evaluation assessments or testing sessions at no charge.
An additional 10 assessments will be provided when an IN-SERVICE TRAINING webinar is completed. Registration for the free webinar is available online by CLICKING HERE.
The clinical or retail price is US $25 per neurocognitive assessment or testing session when buying 10 assessment sessions. Volume discounts are available for all users. In addition, an assessment session may be re-administered, to the same patient within 24 hours at no charge.

After the FREE evaluation period, clinicians and practices may buy as many assessment sessions from the website as needed by clicking on “Purchase Sessions” on the homepage or the 'Add Assessment' button on the application.
Academic and government researchers, students, interns, residents and fellows doing research can apply to receive academic research discounts. Research must be of scientific merit and a brief description of the project is necessary. To apply for academic research support CLICK HERE.
